No Cancellation
Advance payment is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
No Return
Stitched garments cannot be returned.
No Exchange or Alteration
We do not provide exchange or free alteration after delivery.
Fabric Measurement (Shortage)
It is completely depends on where you bought the material. Fabric requirement depends on the quality, width and quantity of the material purchased.
No Corrections
Once the order is accepted and stitching has started, no corrections will be entertained.
Delivery Date
May vary slightly due to workload or unforeseen circumstances.
Readymades & Materials
Order Confirmation
Once the order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
No Refund / Exchange Available
We do not offer refunds. However, exchange is available only for wrong item received, damaged item, or size unfit, subject to verification.
Unboxing Video is Mandatory
Please record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the package. This is required to raise any claims for wrong or damaged items or size issues.
Report Issues Within 24 Hours
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or size unfit item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and clear photos.
